Every year, UMHS, Inc. provides training for our new home visiting staff on ways to build positive relationships with families, goal setting, and home visitor safety. This comprehensive relationship-based training, called Families As Partners, is a 4-day training that brings together home visitors from several different departments within the organization. This year, we were pleased to include staff from the Oregon Department of Human Services to further support our community. UMHS, Inc. looks forward to partnering with families for the upcoming 24-25 school year and beyond!💙#UMHS #FamiliesAsPartners
