WIC stands for Women, Infants and Children. The WIC program serves pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women and infants and children under age 5 who have health or nutrition risks.

Head Start/ Early Head Start
Want to understand more about how your child learns and activities you can do to support it? Or do you have concerns about your child’s growth and learning and don’t know were to go?
CASA
CASA volunteers are appointed by judges to watch over and advocate for abused and neglected children, to make sure they don’t get lost in the overburdened legal and social service system or languish in inappropriate group or foster homes.
Healthy Families
To promote and support positive parenting and healthy growth and development for all Oregon families expecting or parenting newborns that need and accept support.
CCR&R
Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) is a program of UMHS, Inc. that provides free local resources to support quality care and early education.
OPEC
The Oregon Parenting Education Collaborative (OPEC) is a statewide parenting education network for families, parenting education professionals, and partners.

Strengthening Families so Children can Grow Up Healthy, Safe, and Strong
Blue Mountain Early Learning Hub
Program designed to ensure collaboration and coordination between all early learning and early childhood (prenatal to 8 yrs old) entities in the areas of health, safety, and education.
